Overview

At Discover Your Sign, Your Story, we offer both digital products and physical products. Because of the nature of these products, our refund policy differs depending on what you purchase.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including but not limited to:

  • Ebooks (PDF guides)
  • Downloadable files
  • Digital tools or resources

Exceptions

Refunds for digital products may only be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement file

Physical Products (If Applicable)

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Health or personal care items

Refund Process (Physical Products Only)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@whatzodiac.com with your order details and photos of the issue.


Return Shipping (Physical Products)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items
